Cancellation Policy

 

We accept cancellations only in written form sent by  e-mail by the person who originally made the reservation

 

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Simple.
You pay a deposit to us, this is between 10% and 15% of the total price*.
If you cancel or No Show**, we pass this money to him/her as a partial damage refund***.
But:
You may still get the money back if the owner decides to be generous.
This is more likely to happen if you told him/her and gave the time to find another guest for those dates.
The sooner you say it, the more likely you get the money back.
If you paid with paypal, you get it back immediately, with no cost whatsoever.
We encourage owners to refund as much as they can, and thank them by instructing the system to keep them higher in Search Results when they do so.

More about it:
* In high season the deposit may be more, depending on the owner.
** No Show: do not come without telling the owner.
*** He/she kept the apartment for you and may have lost other customers.
